We highly recommend Tomball Pet Resort. Their facilities are always clean, staff is great, they offer promotions and good prices. Not to mention, our Siberian husky, Cooper, always comes home smelling great. Honestly, all that would not matter as much as the joy Cooper gets each time we drop him off. That’s the biggest tell for how much we appreciate everyone at TPR.

Ivar has been going to Tomball Pet Resort since 2020, when he was about 7 months old. He truly loves it there, sometimes not even wanting to go back home :-). Ivar is a big guy and I only trust Tomball Pet Resort with his care. They have known him almost his entire life.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. My family member’s cat recently went through an incredibly traumatic (and expensive!) medical event so trusting anyone with his care was so important. He is on a prescription diet and takes medication daily. When he was picked up by the owner all of his food and medication was still there in his belongings bag… the technician mixed up his prescription food with another cat’s food and did not give him any medication throughout his stay, nor did she attempt to give him any. All pills were accounted for and untouched. The manager made up an excuse and said that the cat scratched the technician and was being too difficult to give him his medication. It was clear that there was never any attempt to do that and the manager made up a lie to defend the technician. The owner never received a call throughout the duration of his stay either. I would NEVER trust these people with an animal, especially one that has special medical needs! They will lie to cover themselves and try to blame you.

Do not take your pet here if they have special food or medication. I picked up my cat and they initially gave me another cat's special diet. Then they gave me four out of five of my cans of food back (he was there 2 1/2 days) and four out of five of his pills back. I only knew he had not gotten his medication because I knew how many were in the bottle. They did not tell me they had not given it to him until I complained to the manager. Their explanation was that it was too difficult.

I have been taking my fur babies here for over five years they take care of them like thorough their own babies. I can’t imagine going anywhere else and they get the best car with the doggy daycare in the bath and all their cuddle time.
